• Terms and Conditions can change at any time without notice.
• Please refer to this page as often as you like.
• Squares cost £15.00 each for a six month period.
• The minimum purchase is £60.00 (4 Squares).
  
• The maximum purchase is only restricted to the gird size (60x60).
  
• When you purchase squares from Pixel-Tise.com you will not own any part of the site.
• Pixel-Tise.com is an advertising tool where you can submit an image and link that will then be reviewed for possible publishing on the pixel page.
  
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the pixel page, which will be there for at least 6 months, as long as all conditions are met.
  
• Once your image and link are published on the pixel page, you will not be eligible for a refund - all sales are final.
  
• The site and homepage will be online for at least 1 year and hopefully many years to come.
  
• Pixel-Tise.com is a high quality, Recruitment Agency service provider website.
• No gambling/obscene/offensive/controversial/skin/male or female models/posing/adult images or links to any content of this nature will be accepted. Any pictures and/or links will be permitted only at the sole discretion of Pixel-Tise.com.
• Your ad content should correspond with the content of your website.
• Please check the site regularly if you are unsure of your content.
• You will not be notified if your link or picture is deleted or replaced by Pixel-Tise.com for any reason - we will endevour to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
• If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you may be asked to provide an alternative. NO money will be refunded and the pixels will be sold to another advertiser if you are unable to provide an alternative link/image.
  
• If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify Pixel-Tise.com, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules- additional costs may apply.
• No gambling/obscene/offensive/controversial/skin/male or female models/posing/adult images linked sites are allowed.
• If you violate this condition your image/link will be removed immediately and you will be contacted to provide an alternative link/image.
• You will not in any way receive a refund due to the link downtime.
  
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the pixel page, you will be allowed to do that, but you will not receive a refund and the squares will become available for resale.
  
• Images are automatically resized to fit the squares you order so you must ensure you are happy with the image before making your payment by 'Viewing' it on the pixel page first.
  
• Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format.
  
• Animated images are not allowed on Pixel-Tise.com, if you submit an animated image, either the first frame of the animation will be used or it will be removed totally and you will be contacted for a new image.
  
• All links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
  You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit, if you do not and we become aware of this your image/link will be removed and you will not receive a refund.
  
• All orders are processed automatically as soon as we receive confirmation from our bank of your payment, generally your image/link will be posted within 48 hours.
  
• Invoices will follow on safe receipt of your image/link.
• Although every effort is made to ensure acceptable content and links - we cannot be held responsible for third party link or content thereof, on any associated website.
